Yes, you may bring in your own drinks and alcoholic beverages however we ask that you use a TABC licensed and insured bartending service listed on our vendor list to serve your guests.
Yes, we love your fur babies. Best practice is to have them participate in the ceremony and then be taken back to their home by the specified pet sitter.
A deposit of 50% of your base package price is required to reserve your date. This payment may be split into 2 monthly consecutive payments.
The final balance of your base package price is due 4 weeks prior to your event.
The final guest count will be due 2 weeks prior to the event. Any guests over your package price will be billed at this time.
Your package includes all chairs for the Ceremony, Reception, 60 inch round dining tables, linens, sign in table, cake table, sweetheart table, gift table, Wooden arch or Floral Candelabras, bar table area, easels, 2 dressing rooms and set up of all that we provide.
Yes, tours are by appointment and can be scheduled as late as 6:30 Monday – Thursday. Friday, Saturday and Sunday appointments are based on availability and are scheduled around events that day.

Yes, we have onsite parking that is easily accommodates up to 52 vehicles. Additional parking in the back of the property is available for vendors.
Most of our packages allow up to 3 hours of early arrival, 4 hours of event time and 1 hour after the reception ends to gather personal belongings are depart. Approximately 8 hours of time.
Yes, you may add additional pre arrival hours at $100 per hour and event hour at $495 per hour.
Yes, we can send an electronic contract and electronic invoice to your email address. Once the document is signed and payment submitted your date is reserved.
We do not allow bands however you are able to hire Acoustical Ensembles, String Ensembles, Mariachis and Pianist and Guitarist.
We require that you hire a DJ from our Vendor List from our website. We are always adding DJ’s that we have vetted and know that they will do a professional and worry free event…..and at a reasonable price!
